| Logo and brand identity
The red and blue color logo with Professional written in
a typical type font, a curved separating line and the typical
bird mark is our registered trademark logo and as such is
protected by international copyright laws.
We allow our distributors to use this logo for brand promotion
purpose only.
Any other use or use by unauthorized persons, locally or
in the international markets will be considered illegal.
We reserve the right to take legal actions against any illegal
use of our logo.
Catalogues:
- All catalogues are PHF’s property and are meant
for facilitating the ordering process.
- Information about a new catalogue, which supercedes a
previous catalogue is properly communicated to our buyers.
- Any discrepancy resulting from the use of old catalogue
will not be our responsibility.
- We reserve the right to recall our supplied catalogues
at any time.
Orders
- PHF accepts orders from our own or any other international
catalogues, by fax, email or phone.
- All orders must be sent on a company’s letterhead
or on official purchase orders.
- We confirm every order by sending a proforma invoice
which describes our terms and conditions.
- We start production only after receiving final confirmation
of our proforma invoice and after receiving payment as per
the contract terms.
- Changes in orders can be made but only within an initial
period of 6 to 10 days. After this period, PHF reserves
the right to accept or reject a change request.
Payments
- All payments need to be sent to our bankers mentioned
in the Contact section.
- The currency requirements are mentioned on our proforma
invoice.
- We do not take responsibility of any change in the currency
as a result of devaluation.
- If the payment terms are advance, we start production
only after receipt of payment in our bankers.
Deliveries
- Our delivery periods are mentioned on our proforma invoice
which vary according to the size of order and our production
schedules.
- We make every effort to deliver on promised time but
they are many factors which affect our production system.
We therefore cannot be held responsible for any damages
resulting due to some delay in our delivery.
