A part of our business policy is to enhance the technical skills of our staff. We do this by providing professional training to them, on regular basis.

Our training plans have a wide spectrum to cover. This includes on the job training, related with different production and quality assurance activities and also fomal training sessions.

We also hire external trainers to impart highly specialized training to our senior management.
