Production   
Manufacturing of surgical instruments is a complex process involving many highly sophisticated and mechanized procedures coupled with manual work, requiring a high degree of skill. There are stage inspections at many levels, which are performed by experienced staff. At PHF, production is performed according to specific plans which are prepared in yhe beginning in accordance with our customers’ requirements. The use of high tech machinery and state of the art Inspection and testing techniques ensure that each individual instrument meets the toughest production and quality standard before being shipped. Quality Assurance   
Our quality assurance system is based on ISO 13485 principles, the international standard for quality management system of medical devices. It is designed so as to be able to address and cover our customer’s total requirements. From the initial design input to the final packaging and shipment release, we account for what our customers are expecting to receive and then ensure that the production and quality control guarantees to meet these requirements. At PHF, as a policy matter, we give much credence to our customers’ technical feedback about our products and services and consider it as an important input to improve.
