Our company was founded in 1972. What kind of products do you manufacture?
We make complete range of General and Special surgery instruments. Our other lines include Diagnostic instruments, Dental instruments, Cosmetic and Plastic surgery instruments Are your products supplied sterilized?
No. Our products are supplied in non-sterilized form.These are either our distributors or the hospitals which sterilize them. What kind of material is used for instruments?
We use Japanese and French Steel of 410, 420 and 304 types. Our steel is guaranteed.
Which international quality certifications do you have?
We are certified to ISO 9001 standards by BVQI. We also fulfill USA FDA’s cGMP standards. Are your products registered in Europe?
Our company and products are registered with MHRA UK. We also have a representative in Europe.
Do you have CE mark?
Yes. We fulfill EU Medical Device Directive No 93/42 EEC requirements to affix CE mark on our instruments.
Do you accept orders for brand new and special items?
Yes we do undertake the designing and production of special and new products for our customers. For this, we require design drawings, samples or simple description of requirements along with marketing plans and quantity information.
How long is your delivery time?
Usually we deliver in 6 to 8 weeks. However, it depends upon the type of products and the frequency of orders. For our regular customers, we usually keep their regular items in stock to ensure an even faster delivery.
Do you offer guarantee on your products?
All our products are guaranteed for 5 years.
What kind of packaging do you use for instruments?
We use very attractive packaging, which varies with the type of products. Individual instruments are packaged in polythene bags. These are then put in strong packing boxes and finally the small boxes are put in strong outer boxes. The strength of these boxes ensures safety and integrity of goods during transit.
What are your business terms?
In order to sell our products, we seek to appoint distributors in different countries on exclusive and non-exclusive basis. Once we are satisfied with their performance over a certain period of time, we finalize our contract and start working on exclusive basis.
What are your payment terms?
We work through advance payment or opening of irrevocable letter of credit L/C in our bankers. Under special arrangements, and for our regular buyers only, we also offer some credit facility.
Do you provide private label services?
Yes under special circumstances, we also provide private label services and put the required marks or brands on the instruments.
How many people work in your company?
At the moment there are 250 people working in our company. This is in addition to about 400 others working on our extension facilities in our specialized units.
Where are you located and how can we reach you?
We are located in Sialkot, a famous city of Pakistan, known for its skilled craftsmen. The history of this city goes back to about 5000 years. Sialkot is located in Northeastern part of Pakistan.
To visit us, you can either land in Islamabad, our capital city, which is about 3 hours drive from Sialkot or Karachi which is our sea port. From Karachi, you can have a two hour flight to Lahore.
Alternatively you can land directly at Lahore international airport.There are many 4 and 5 star international hotels in Lahore.
